Responsibilities: As the On-Site Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. Your duties will include:
- Learning and maintaining a deep understanding of uniform guidelines for various schools and grades.
- Assisting customers in locating merchandise and providing personalized recommendations when needed.
- Efficiently processing sales transactions at the register and ensuring proper bagging of merchandise.
- Receiving and organizing inventory shipments, fulfilling backorders, and maintaining well-stocked shelves.
- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Undertaking various managerial tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the store.
Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
Working Hours: Our store operates during regular business hours, including weekends.
