We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Durham, North Carolina. This role involves supporting students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success through assessment, intervention, consultation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a school-based setting.
Position Details:
Location: Durham, NC
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)
Setting: Onsite only
Employment Type: School-Based
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
Support eligibility determination and IEP development
Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as needed
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and student support planning
Provide consultation regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions
Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications:
Active North Carolina School Psychologist licensure/certification required
Contracted candidates must obtain any additional required North Carolina licensure/clearance for school-based contracted providers
School-based experience preferred
Strong assessment, collaboration, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams Job Description:
