Evening Baker

As a Crumbl Baker, you'll be the heart of our kitchen, bringing our weekly rotating menu of cookies to life. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for someone who loves to bake, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a team environment.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake Crumbl's signature cookies according to company recipes and standards
• Measure and mix ingredients with accuracy and consistency
• Operate ovens and baking equipment safely
• Assist with dough preparation, portioning, and decorating
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and work areas
• Maintain inventory and report low stock levels
• Provide excellent customer service when needed

• No prior baking experience required - we'll train you!
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Food handler's permit (or willingness to obtain)
