Our CDS programs provide a structured, engaging daytime environment where individuals can build life skills and connect with their community.In this role, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic support, coordinate and execute programming for an assigned caseload, and manage daily operations at your assigned site. You will report directly to the Coordinator.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Management & Client Support: Participate in developing individual program plans, develop appropriate curriculum, address day-to-day client issues, and coordinate interdisciplinary teams (IDTs) and intake/discharge staffings.Site Administration: Conduct team meetings, ensure safety standards are utilized at all times, and maintain necessary records and reports (attendance, payroll, incident reports, etc.).Personnel Supervision: Hire, orient, train, supervise, and evaluate direct support professionals.
