Location: Fremont, CA

Pay: $22.26 - $37.84 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Are you an experienced shipping, receiving, or inventory professional with strong ERP and Excel skills? Do you enjoy working with data, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?

If so, this Inventory Coordinator opportunity could be a great fit. In this role, you'll play a key part in inventory control, shipping and receiving, cycle counting, and materials management while partnering with multiple departments to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient operations.

This is a long-term temporary opportunity with a well-established semiconductor manufacturer that offers consistent work, hands-on training, and the chance to expand your manufacturing skills. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on warehouse responsibilities with inventory analysis and reporting.

Inventory Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Process shipping, receiving, kitting, outside service packaging, and Oracle transactions
• Receive incoming shipments from suppliers and inspect deliveries for accuracy, quality, and damage
• Verify received materials against purchase orders and report any discrepancies
• Label, organize, and store incoming inventory for production and distribution
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders while generating shipping labels and documentation
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and logistics providers
• Ensure all shipments comply with company and shipping regulations
• Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment
• Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts, inventory audits, and off-site inventory counts

Inventory Coordinator Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience analyzing inventory data
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience using ERP/MRP and PLM systems required
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely weighing up to 50 pounds
• Sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
