Key responsibilities include overseeing firmware development for our next-gen ARM SoCs and servers, as well as defining the long-term roadmap for the firmware team. You will handle the development, implementation, and maintenance of software projects, fostering a collaborative culture to deliver high-quality products. Lead a team delivering embedded firmware for Google data center servers, managing performance, providing coaching, and aligning priorities with organizational goals. Develop and evolve the mid-term technical vision and roadmap, influencing technical direction to meet anticipated infrastructure needs. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of firmware projects, proactively resolving issues to ensure timelines, quality, and velocity are met. Build strong relationships with internal development, product management, and external stakeholders to align on project scope and deliverables. Foster a collaborative environment to swiftly troubleshoot issues and proactively drive the successful delivery of gSoC goals.
