Benefits Strong compensation package Health, Dental and Life Insurance Vacation package Personal days Paid Holidays 401k Bonus opportunity Employee Assistance Program Wellness Program Primary Responsibilities Manage MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) estimating process for commercial construction projects Must have experience with projects from $1-10 million in size Excellent written and oral communication skills Successfully completing projects on time and on budget Candidate Qualifications A 4-year degree in Construction or Engineering 5 years of direct experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction Previous experience estimating projects up to $10 million A desire to do things right the first time Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve Understanding of shop drawings Ability to maintain schedules and budgets Salary Range

$90-120K
