Must-Have Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Industrial, Packaging, or related)
2+ years engineering experience in reliability, quality, manufacturing, or product development
Medical device / regulated industry experience preferred
Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and failure investigation
Experience with statistical analysis and reliability engineering
Knowledge of FMEA, FTA, DOE, risk management, and process capability/SPC
Manufacturing support experience and ability to evaluate process/product reliability
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Supplier Quality, Operations)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables independently
Strong technical documentation and communication skills
