Precision Walls is seeking top talent in the construction industry that is eager to learn, enthusiastic, and always up for an exciting new challenge.Job SummaryThe Bilingual Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves maintaining payroll records, resolving discrepancies, and providing excellent service to employees regarding payroll inquiries.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly payroll for all field employees in compliance with company policies and applicable laws for multi-state payroll.Review and verify payroll files from each office location, ensuring proper coding for jobs, cost codes, and pay rates.Maintain payroll records and employee data in payroll systems.Audit payroll for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.Process new hires, terminations, garnishments, deductions, bonuses, PTO and pay increases.Process weekly travel pay for field employees.Assist employees daily with inquiries related to payroll and timekeeping.Work closely with HR, job site supervisors, branch admins, and accounting to ensure smooth payroll operations.Maintain confidentiality of employee records and payroll information.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements / ExperienceBilingual in Spanish/English requiredAssociate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.2+ years of payroll experience preferred.Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and best practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Customer Service Oriented.Bilingual (Spanish/English) RequiredBenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)Retirement Plans 401K Savings PlanEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Health PlanDental PlanVision PlanFlexible Expending Account for healthcareLong and Short Term DisabilityLife InsuranceAdvancement and growth opportunitiesPerformance bonuses (Incentive program)Employment with Precision Walls is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
