Leasing Administrator

The Leasing Administrator is responsible for assisting the Leasing Manager with all leasing activity at the marina. The position requires the team member to work 5 days per week and 8 hours per day according to the schedule agreed upon with your manager. Marina operating hours range from 5:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and seasonal schedule changes may take place at management discretion. Duties & Responsibilities Assist the Leasing Manager in driving leasing activity at the marina Represent TopSide Marinas to prospective customers in a courteous and professional manner with a focus on putting the customer first Collaborate with the Leasing Manager to meet established leasing goals Process leasing paperwork and gather necessary documentation for new member contracts and renewal contracts Collect fees and rental payments via credit card Must be available to work weekends Qualifications Act with the highest level of integrity and maintain a positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required Be hospitable, enthusiastic, and people-friendly 1-2 years of office experience or customer service preferred Experience with Microsoft Office products required, specifically Microsoft Excel Can work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work on a team and be able to work well with co-workers Commercial awareness and an eye for detail in all aspects of work Ability to work well under all conditions, especially handle extreme weather conditions Must be able to swim and be comfortable working around water Proficient in written and verbal communication with strong organizational skills Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs Carry up to 50 lbs Work around water Work in tight spaces Stand, walk, sit, push, pull, bend, kneel, squat, twist, reach, grasp #J-18808-Ljbffr
