Job Title: Order Picker/Packer

Job Description

As an Order Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for receiving and checking incoming pick tickets, locating products using technology, retrieving orders according to quantity and size while ensuring accuracy, building pallets with orders, and positioning them at loading docks. You will also wrap orders before loading them onto trucks, re-stock inventory manually, keep records of completed orders, maintain equipment, and report on malfunctions. Adhering to health and safety policies and quality standards is crucial, as well as the ability to load and unload trucks weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming pick tickets.

• Locate products using technology.

• Retrieve orders according to quantity and size, ensuring accuracy.

• Build pallets with orders and position them at loading docks.

• Wrap orders before loading them onto trucks.

• Re-stock inventory manually.

• Keep records of completed orders.

• Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions.

• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.

• Load and unload trucks weighing up to 50 pounds.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of warehouse experience.

• Ability to lift 50lbs consistently throughout the shift.

• Multitasking and organizational skills.

• Experience in warehouse packing and order picking.

• Proficiency in using RF scanners.

Work Environment

Work the 3rd shift from 6:00 pm to 5:30 am, Monday to Thursday, in a clean and organized warehouse environment. Join a team of 25 people and enjoy the convenience of having your own locker.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartland, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
