We build custom feature walls and built-ins for homes and businesses: slat walls, geometric millwork, shiplap, fireplace surrounds, floating shelves, mantels, and cabinet built-ins with butcher block tops. Our work is high-end and photographed constantly, so precision matters.

We need a lead finish carpenter to help us grow. You'll run installs, hold the quality bar, and eventually train others.

What you'll do

• Install slat paneling, shiplap, and geometric accent walls

• Build and install floating shelves, mantels, and built-in cabinetry

• Frame fireplace wall buildouts

• Install electric fireplaces and mount TVs

• Read plans, measure, and cut to tight tolerances

• Keep job sites clean and communicate professionally with homeowners

• Lead and train helpers as we add crew members

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of finish carpentry, trim, cabinetry, or millwork experience

• Clean miters, tight reveals, and an eye for level, plumb, and square

• A reliable truck or vehicle

• Comfortable working in occupied homes

• Dependable: shows up on time, finishes what you start

• Bonus: Have your own tools, experience with stain, paint prep, or LED and lighting details, minor electrical work, drywall, painting.
