Job Responsibilities

• Craft Personalized Therapy Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving their functional milestones.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure holistic and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and their families in therapy techniques to promote continued progress at home.
• Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to keep patients on their path to recovery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy accredited by a recognized institution.
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Required Certifications

• Current OTR/L license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
