The Assistant Manager directly influences both guest satisfaction and team member development. The TL;DR Role: Full Time Type: Full-time Location: In-person Pay: $48000–$52000 yearly Team: Reports to General Manager Mission: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by overseeing all restaurant operations, team development, and policy execution. Tech Stack: Microsoft Office programs What You’ll Actually Do Operational Oversight: Oversee daily restaurant operations, addressing immediate store needs to ensure a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere. Team Development: Assist in the hiring, training, development, scheduling, and evaluation of hourly team members, providing clear benchmarks and expectations. Guest Experience: Guarantee that every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable, one-of-a-kind experience. Policy Execution: Execute all operational policies, procedures, and programs within the store, ensuring adherence to maintain a positive work environment. Team Support: Act as the primary resource for all hourly team members, going out of the way to address their individual needs and concerns daily. The Must-Haves Background: Manager level, with core domain knowledge in restaurant operations, team leadership, and guest service excellence. Experience: At least two years of restaurant management experience.
