(Two days in office , three day’s work from home) Provide professional insurance counseling and service; responsible for growth of designated book of business, maintain a positive & professional image to enhance our client experience and grow with them; market new business, negotiate coverage’s & premiums, prepare and present professional proposals to clients and maintain underwriting and marketing information by carrier; develop & implement creative marketing programs to assist in achieving production goals to grow book of business & contribute to the department growth by promoting and maintaining the company brand; round out existing accounts with additional lines of business; upgrade existing coverages and always advising clients of their gaps in coverage with every client contact. Ideal candidate has minimum of 5 years insurance experience; must have a thorough understanding of Personal Lines underwriting and coverages to include all types of situations from small to large accounts; NYS Insurance Broker’s License is required; proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and EPIC a plus.
