About the role Reporting to the Director of Bullhorn Consulting Services, the Strategic Consultant will hold a key position within the Bullhorn Professional Services Team. The role involves working directly with North American customers to optimize their workflow and usage of Bullhorn Automation, Onboarding, VMS, etc. A typical day includes leading and owning the new customer system setup process to ensure a great implementation experience, collaborating with Senior Consultants on enterprise implementations, partnering with Project Management, Professional Services, and Technical Services teams on project deliverables, designing and executing user acceptance testing throughout an implementation, providing guidance on usage and adoption of the Bullhorn suite of products, training client users on onboarding self‑service configurations, and reporting regular progress to the project team regarding status, capacity, escalations, and other initiatives.
