Job Description Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Professional with a CPA license? Our growing Accounting Firm is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Tax Division. You will work closely with small businesses, non-profits, and individual clients to address their tax needs and ensure compliance with evolving tax laws.

About the Role:
- Prepare and review individual, business, and non-profit tax returns
- Provide tax planning and strategy guidance to clients
- Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with IRS correspondence and audits as necessary
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
- CPA license required
- 3+ years of experience in tax preparation and planning
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
- Experience working with small businesses, non-profits, and individuals is a plus
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 depending on experience
