You will: Drive sales performance and deliver outstanding member experiences Support day-to-day branch operations while ensuring compliance standards are met Coach, develop, and motivate team members Step in to lead the branch in the manager’s absence What You Bring 3-5 years of experience in a financial institution, focused on member service Prior leadership or management experience preferred Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for team success Knowledge of lending products and sales strategies Ability to obtain FiCEP certification Training & Travel Requirement: During the training period regular travel to our existing branches will be required. Locations include Flint, Clio, Davison, Fenton, Orion Township, Clarkston, Swartz Creek, Grand Blanc, and Lapeer. *Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.
