Job Description

OVERVIEW: Under the leadership and guidance of Management, the Client Advisor is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building and maintaining a loyal client base, providing clients with product knowledge, informing clients of new arrivals and working as part of a team to meet individual, boutique and brand objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

SALES

\n
• Meets and or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth of the boutique.
\n
• Diversifies selling abilities through all product categories.
\n
• Maintains a deep knowledge and understanding of industry trends, general leather good construction and materials, as well as proprietary Christian Louboutin product knowledge.
\n
• Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit in setting and achieving sales goals, showing a proactive and self-driven approach to success.
\n
• Promotes and encourages Special Order Program to achieve goals set by Special Orders Departments in Paris.
\n
• Acts as a team player, fosters a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the store, and supports colleagues to achieve collective sales success.
\n
• Acts as a brand ambassador in and out of the store and create genuine relationships with clients. Ability to work an 8-hour shift while wearing our product.
\n

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

• Creates a welcoming, luxurious, and client-centric in-store atmosphere that reflects our brand’s core values and beliefs.
\n
• Resolves customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
\n
• Builds and nurtures lasting genuine relationships with clients by offering personalized service and follow-up communication. Explores and discovers their personalized needs and details about their journey into the Louboutin world and shares highlights with the boutique management team.
\n
• Uses storytelling to create a unique experience and brings the client into the Louboutin World.
\n
• Achieves outreach goals and utilize CRM tools for product launches, holidays, events, and in store experiences. Participates in corporate outreach, gifting initiatives, and client experiences.
\n
• Leverages clienteling techniques to identify and capitalize on opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
\n

OPERATIONS

\n
• Utilizes company applications to create a seamless experience for the client (ex: Loubilink and order management system).
\n
• Assists in daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.
\n
• Maintains store cleanliness and organization to create a visually pleasing and organized store appearance.
\n
• Responsible for handling all cash desk operations including large sums of cash.
\n
• Must be comfortable with physical elements of the job, including (but not limited to) carrying boxes, standing, and using a step ladder. All extremities of the body related to these requirements must be usable. Certainly, the time frame and weight may vary, but those who are applicable for this job should be comfortable with 10-30 lbs. and increments standing for 2 hours at a time.

SKILLS AND REQUIRMENTS:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree required.
\n
• 5 + years of experience in Sales or similar role.
\n
• Passion for Christian Louboutin and a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of responsibility.
\n
• Comfortability with speaking to diversified clientele.
\n
• Must be able to perform the physical elements of the job, including, but not limited to, carrying boxes, standing, and using a step ladder. The time frame during which the employee will engage in physical activity, and the weight of the items that will need to be carried, in connection with this role may vary, but applicants for this job should be comfortable with lifting 10-30 lbs. and standing for increments of two hours at a time. • Ideal candidate has work experience in medium sized multinational company or luxury business.

• Additional language fluency is a plus.

• Proven leader; consistently a top seller with a desire to grow.
\n
• Ability to communicate (both written and oral) effectively with clients, coworkers and management; follows professional presentation.
\n
• Ability to handle large sums of money, deposits, and all cash desk operations.
\n
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business; could include overnight, evening, weekend, holiday and call-in shifts.
