Job Description:

Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, business outcomes and strategy
- Drive adoption of enterprise data management practices and data-driven decision-making.

Product Backlog & Requirements Management
- Gather requirements from business and technology stakeholders
- Develop and maintain key project artifacts, including user stories, API specifications, process flows, prototype designs, and other functional documentation.
- Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage Backlog - Create, groom, and prioritize user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in the product backlog to reflect business value and changing needs
- Independently maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and strategic objectives.
- Manage dependencies across multiple data and technology teams.

Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
- Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate consensus across cross-functional teams and competing priorities.
- Partner with Scrum Masters, developers, UX designers, and stakeholders during daily standups, sprint planning, and reviews
