RN Supervisor OpportunityAtlantic Coast Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our dynamic nursing team. We are looking for a strong, compassionate RN leader who is ready to make an impact in a supportive and team-driven environment. The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff while ensuring high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care throughout the shift.Currently hiring PT overnight shift, every other weekendsKey Responsibilities:Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, including assignment of dutiesAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the healthcare teamEnsure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standardsMonitor patient safety and maintain high standards of care qualityCommunicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team membersSupport residents and families by addressing concerns and providing updates on careManage admissions and coordinate care plans with physicians and clinical staffCompensation: $48/hrQualifications:2 years of supervisor or leadership experienceActive and valid New Jersey RN license in good standingStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsDemonstrated leadership experience in a Nursing Home/ Long Term CareAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAbout UsAtlantic Coast Healthcare and Rehabilitation is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
