Job Requirements: 3 years of experience required BLS certification required RPFT certification required RRT certification required PFT certification required Epic EMR experience preferred Travel experience required First time travelers accepted as long as resume suggests needed skills License in hand required at the time of submittal PALS certification (AHA only) required for all Respiratory Care Professionals Must pass a Basic Windows Skill Assessment at 80% or higher rating Must sign within 24 hours of offer GA release needed within 24 hours of signing Labs must be done within 48 hours License verification needs to be in within 72 hours Distance Requirements Candidates must live within specific distance as float position requires travel to all outpatient facilities Other Required Documentation: Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format) Two current clinical references Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months) TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months) Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted) Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations Must pass background check and drug screening What is our culture?
