Environmental, Health, and Safety TechnicianHelp Create a Safe and Healthy Hokie Experience: As an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Technician, you'll play an important role in creating safe, healthy, and comfortable living and dining environments for thousands of Virginia Tech students. Every day, your work helps ensure students have a safe and healthy place to live, study, and build lifelong memories. This is a hands-on position that offers a unique combination of environmental health, industrial hygiene, fire and life safety, pest management, and wildlife management responsibilities. No two days are exactly alike. One day you may be performing pest control treatments, the next conducting a mold assessment, inspecting fire safety equipment, or helping investigate an indoor air quality concern.
