• Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (06:30 – 23:30), variable schedule including days, eves, and call (M-F 2100-630; Sat/Sun 630-1900/1900-630), holiday/weekend coverage may be required

• License/Certs: Ohio RN License, BLS, NIH Level 1 Trauma Certification, EPIC experience preferred
• Experience: 2+ years OR RN experience, experience in Level 1 trauma centers, proficiency with DaVinci Xi Robot and liver transplant experience required, neuro or ortho service line experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized perioperative nursing care in the operating room
• Scrub for complex cases including liver transplants and DaVinci Xi Robot procedures
• Assist with neuro or ortho surgeries, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Maintain sterile techniques and assist surgeons during procedures
• Follow protocols for trauma cases and emergent surgeries
• Document all patient interactions accurately within the electronic health record (preferably EPIC)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient OR flow and patient care

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BLS certification
• NIH Level 1 Trauma experience
• Minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience
• Experience with DaVinci Xi Robot and liver transplant required; neuro or ortho experience preferred
• Ability to scrub in complex and high-pressure environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
