Responsibilities: In this role you will welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys, assign rooms, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. Requirements: 1+ years of hotel experience in this role or similar Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack) HotelKey and Salto experience is a plus Strong communication, listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired Flexible schedule required for days, weekends, and holidays High energy with effective and influential people skills.
