Empowering individuals to build secure financial futures, the full-time remote Series 65 Licensed Associate Advisor in Financial Wellness & Retirement Education will deliver virtual financial education and participant support services to retirement plan clients. Key responsibilities Deliver one-on-one virtual consultations and education sessions for retirement plan participants via phone and digital platforms Design and implement education initiatives to improve participant engagement, retirement preparedness, and plan utilization Lead webinars and virtual workshops focused on retirement readiness, investing, budgeting, and debt management Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, business, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, retirement plans, participant education, or wealth management Series 65 license required Working knowledge of qualified retirement plans, investment principles, and personal financial planning concepts
