FT Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - South Salinas, California

Job Description Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. Sunbelt is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full‑time position in South Salinas, California. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students within a school district setting. We are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about providing exceptional speech and language services to children. Responsibilities Evaluate and assess students' speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication skills. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and objectives for students. Stay current with best practices and evidence‑based interventions in the field of speech‑language pathology. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution. Valid California state license as a Speech‑Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) preferred. Experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting is strongly preferred.
