Job Summary Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith is seeking a dedicated and organized Service Manager Assistant to support the Service Manager in overseeing daily service department operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure efficient workflow, excellent customer service, and effective communication between customers, technicians, and management. Location Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith 3600 S Zero St, Fort Smith, AR, 72908 Key Responsibilities Assist the Service Manager in coordinating service department activities and workflow. Help manage service appointments, scheduling, and technician assignments. Communicate with customers regarding service status, estimates, and follow‑ups. Support in maintaining accurate service records and documentation. Assist in monitoring parts inventory and ordering supplies as needed. Help ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations. Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in automotive service management is a plus. Previous experience in automotive service or dealership environment preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient with computer systems and service management software. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Customer‑focused attitude with problem‑solving skills.
