What We’re Offering Potential Annual Salary: $80,000‑95,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography Bonus: Monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years – we will discuss details during the first interview) Hybrid Role: Combination of in‑home, school, and/or center‑based supervision support and telehealth, with remote flexibility of up to 50% of your in‑home cases Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3‑4 weeks covering clinical best practices, Central Reach usage, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, and telehealth assessments. Weekly office hours or 1:1 support are available.
