Senior Electrical EngineerThe Role## Position OverviewIndustrial Systems Inc. offers a collaborative, technically challenging work environment where engineers lead meaningful infrastructure projects. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll have direct involvement in project decisions and client relationships while mentoring junior staff and shaping the technical direction of our growing team.What You'll Do## Key Responsibilities* Provide leadership, design, and design oversight for electrical and control system projects* Complete technical electrical and control system design projects* Edit and write electrical specifications* Create electrical load summaries and circuit schedules* Coordinate electrical system design with customers, contractors, and staff* Serve as project manager or lead designer on assigned projectsWhat You Bring## Requirements### Required* Minimum of 10 years of experience as an engineer or designer in detailed design and project delivery* Experience designing various types of electrical systems and automated control systems* Previous project management, engineering, and consulting experience* BS in Electrical Engineering or Control Engineering* Familiarity with National Electrical Code (Article 500 familiarity a plus)### Preferred* Fully proficient with computer systems and design engineering software including drafting and design applications* Ability to produce quality written work products including reports, project plans, and specifications* Experience participating in multi-disciplinary teams* Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork* Local project experience preferredWhat We Offer## Benefits & CompensationCompetitive compensation ($7,500–$8,500/month)Medical, vision, and dental benefits401(k) retirement plan with 100% match up to 6%Life insurancePaid sick leave and vacationApply Now## Ready to Apply?We review all applications and respond within one week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
