Position Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Facility Manager - (COTA) Location Euclid, OH Job ID 12947 # of Openings 1 About the Role As a Full Time Rehabilitation Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the therapy department, including Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services. You will supervise, support, and mentor therapy staff to ensure high-quality patient care, coordinate with facility leadership and nursing staff, ensure compliance, manage caseloads, and monitor outcomes, among other responsibilities.
