Opportunity for a leading role on a high performing team shaping national execution strategy Highly cross-functional role with exposure to senior leadership and potential to advance within Suntory Global Spirits across multiple functions Balance short-terms sales goals with longer-term brand strategies to drive profitable and sustainable growth Work cross-functionally across a variety of departments to drive improvements to our planning process Role ResponsibilitiesThe position will report to the Director, Commercial Planning with significant cross-functional interaction with Sales, Marketing, Strategy and IT organizations.  The role will be the day-to-day lead focused on driving best-in-class sales execution via design, implementation, and management of Suntory Global Spirit’s national KPIs and incentives.Develop portfolio-wide planning and perspective on managing our US commercial businessDesign, implement, and manage strategic changes to the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) program to help drive best-in-class execution, ultimately supporting achievement of financial growth targetsKPI program focuses on attainment of Distribution & Execution targetsManage the creation of the sales KPI goaling methodology and implementation as part of the bi-annual planning processBuild out enhanced KPIs reflective of strategic changes and ambitions (i.e. Channel Strategy)Work directly with commercial leadership to socialize Commercial Plan and KPI guidelines and solicit feedback on ways to improveAnalyze commercial program execution and impact to evaluate performance and promote continued financial improvementPropose enhanced execution strategies against key growth opportunities to shape KPIs and programming, collaborating with key sales and marketing stakeholders to implement feedbackBuild best-in-class incentive programs to fuel growth against top strategic imperativesLead trainings for cross-functional teams on KPI strategy and reporting toolsPrimary owner of vendor partner relationship (GoSpotCheck), leading design and implementing enhancements to enable Execution KPI reporting (Menu, Display, Shelf, Cold Box, & Back Bar)Collaborate with IT to ensure proper deployment of KPI planning models (Goal Planning in Anaplan) and act as primary stakeholder in IT-led projects, supporting design of financial reporting and KPI dashboards for sales teamsPartner with Commercial Strategy to operationalize and implement strategic initiatives developed in conjunction with Senior Leadership Qualifications6-10 years’ experience in Commercial Strategy and/or Sales. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset.
