Mechanical Assembler – Robotics Manufacturing

 

Contract-to-Hire | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

We are seeking dependable Mechanical Assemblers to join an innovative robotics manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, fast-paced production environment assembling precision mechanical components used in advanced robotic systems.

This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, production, assembly, or mechanical aptitude who are looking to build a career in the robotics and automation industry.

 

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies used in robotic systems.
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete high-quality mechanical assemblies.
• Follow standardized work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and workmanship standards are met.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet daily production goals.
• Identify assembly issues and communicate concerns to supervisors when necessary.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

 

No wiring, blueprint reading, or schematic interpretation is required. Training will be provided.

Monday – Friday
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

 

Compensation

• $24.00 per hour
• 6-month contract with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
