Physical Therapy AssistantWe are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to help patients recover from injuries and illnesses. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in implementing treatment plans and monitoring patient progress.Responsibilities:Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by licensed Physical TherapistsMonitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising Physical TherapistInstruct patients in exercises and activities to improve their strength, range of motion, and flexibilityHelp patients with activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, and groomingPrepare treatment areas and equipment for patient useMaintain accurate patient records and document progress notesRequirements:Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting or related fieldState licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy AssistantStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamPhysical stamina and dexterity to assist patients with mobility and exercisesAttention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyIf you are a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant looking for a challenging and rewarding career, we encourage you to apply for this position.
