Location: Lindenmere Market, Bridgeville, DE Position: Part‑Time (20‑30 hours/week). Opportunity to grow into full‑time. Role Overview We're looking for someone who can tell that story through exceptional photography, videography, and social media. What you’ll do: you’ll become the visual storyteller behind the Lindenmere brand by creating content that inspires customers to visit our store and shop online. Responsibilities Photograph new arrivals and merchandise Film customer‑forward and behind‑the‑scenes content Edit videos using current trends and engaging hooks Write captions that match our brand voice Plan and maintain a content calendar Post across Instagram, Facebook, Google, and other social platforms Stay current on social media trends while maintaining our timeless brand aesthetic Photograph lifestyle content throughout the store Capture seasonal displays and merchandising Assist with email marketing imagery Help create advertising content Occasionally appear on camera (or direct others) Qualifications Love photography and videography Understand lighting, composition, and aesthetics Know how to edit engaging short‑form videos Understand Instagram, Facebook, Google Have a strong eye for branding Are organized and self‑motivated Can work independently Enjoy retail, fashion, interiors, or lifestyle brands Appreciate beautiful design and attention to detail Bonus Skills Adobe Creative Suite Canva CapCut Meta Business Suite Email marketing Graphic design What Success Looks Like Instead of simply creating posts, you’ll help people discover Lindenmere Market.
