3D Rendering & CAD Specialist Key Responsibilities Create high-quality, photorealistic interior and exterior renderings for client presentations Develop realistic visuals representing materials, lighting, textures, furnishings, and finishes Produce multiple design perspectives and variations as required by the design team Revise renderings based on feedback and updated design direction Stay updated with modern rendering technologies, AI tools, and industry trends Software & Rendering Tools Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max Experience with rendering engines such as Corona, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, Twinmotion, or Unreal Engine Open to adopting new visualization tools that improve speed, quality, and workflow efficiency CAD & Technical Drawings Produce accurate CAD drawings based on designer markups and instructions Create floor plans, space planning layouts, and furniture arrangements Develop cabinetry, millwork, kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, and specialty detail drawings Prepare reflected ceiling plans, tile layouts, and construction details Ensure accuracy, consistency, and correct dimensions across all drawings Design Documentation Support Translate design concepts into clear visual and technical documentation Update drawings and renderings as project details evolve Maintain organized and structured project files and drawing sets Ensure all outputs reflect the latest approved design direction Team Collaboration Work closely with interior designers to understand project vision and goals Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback effectively Meet deadlines for client presentations and project milestones Support visual content needs for presentations and marketing when required Qualifications & Skills Advanced experience in 3ds Max Strong portfolio of photorealistic interior/exterior renderings Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software Strong understanding of scale, proportion, materials, lighting, and construction details Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication and collaboration skills Success in This Role Looks Like High-quality, realistic renderings that clearly communicate design intent Accurate and construction-ready CAD documentation Consistent on-time delivery of outputs Strong responsiveness to design revisions and feedback Continuous improvement in visualization quality and tools Anywhere Talent is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
