Sales & Education Executive

Summary The Sales & Education Executive is a field sales leader responsible for driving business development and executing Dior brand programs across open-sell retailers (notably Sephora and Ulta) within a defined market. The role focuses on achieving sales targets and CRM benchmarks, developing Brand Ambassadors, and strengthening retailer relationships while upholding the Dior brand image at the counter and in-store. This position requires regular in-store presence, strategic territory planning, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. Responsibilities Develop and execute territory-specific plans to achieve and exceed sales and CRM goals. Analyze market trends and collaborate with Area Manager to prioritize opportunities and assortment decisions. Optimize omni-channel client experience by leveraging retailer CRM programs and Dior.com initiatives. Ensure consistent brand image, product launch execution, and visual merchandising at retail counters. Manage budgets, maximize Selling Specialist productivity, and be accountable for profitability and ROI. Lead, coach, recruit, and develop Market Leads, Selling Specialists, Freelancers, and retailer teams through field visits and training. Requirements Minimum 5 years of sales management and people leadership experience in a retail environment; luxury/cosmetics experience preferred. Proven makeup artistry skills and strong understanding of fragrance categories and olfactive families. Demonstrated ability to train and develop teams, coach on side-by-side selling, and elevate client experience. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency with digital tools (Outlook, Power BI, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with resilience and ability to manage competing priorities.
