After a decade of growth we have grown to be a well-rounded marketing and advertising agency with in-house media, sports, entertainment, and film divisions. Mergers and acquisitions over the years have grown our team to over 150 people. We serve over 200 clients who operate in 8 countries, including 43 states in the United States. Our ideal candidate is reliable and takes pride in providing exceptional service to our guests. This position reports directly to the General Manager and Assistant General Managers. Responsibilities Answer menu questions A solid understanding of our menu and ingredients of dishes/cocktails Make food and drink recommendations Maintain table appearance Course food items appropriately Perform side work and end-of-shift closeout tasks Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Serving and/or Restaurant FOH experience preferred LiquorExam.com Certification (Company Provided) Willing to work nights and weekends Customer service, multitasking, and interpersonal skills Ability to memorize and recall menu items Attention to detail Working Conditions and Physical Effort Work is performed in a typical restaurant environment. Will lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds using safe and proper lifting methods.
