Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in IL (or Compact eligible)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred, but Associate’s degree accepted
• At least one year of recent acute care experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational abilities
• Adaptability in fast-paced, diverse healthcare settings
