Our unit is part of Group Risk and is responsible for implementing a modern data platform based on Databricks. Our primary mission is to support the IRB 3.0 initiative, while also enabling IFRS 9 and other risk-related areas that depend on high-quality risk data. The team operates across Sweden and the Baltic States, working collaboratively to deliver data solutions that support critical business and regulatory needs.

The consultant will be responsible for driving data architecture within the team, including the design of new solutions and participation in key architectural decisions. A critical part of the role is to ensure that development activities align with the target architecture and established standards. In close collaboration with the Value Delivery Engine Architect, you will serve the team guiding and promoting best practices and ensuring architecture compliance across deliveries.

There will also be opportunities to contribute to the continuous improvement of our data quality practices, as well as participate in hands-on development and delivery activities.

In addition, the role includes supporting a team member who has recently been selected to reskill into a Data Solution Architect position. Part of the responsibility will be to provide guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to help the employee successfully transition into their new role and area of responsibility.

This role is based at our Stockholm office in Sundbyberg and follows a hybrid working model. Employees are expected to be in the office three designated days per week, with the flexibility to choose between working from the office or from home on the remaining two days.
