Wellsental Health is currently seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNAs) to support Windsor Las Palmas Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers
• Provide hands-on patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to RN/LVN staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents

Must Have:

• Active Texas CNA certification (TULIP)
• Completion of a state-approved CNA programAt least 16 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Active Texas CNA certification (TULIP)
• Completion of a state-approved CNA program
