This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional attorney and client support and is looking to join a sophisticated, collaborative legal environment. The firm has a strong reputation throughout New England and a long history of serving businesses, individuals, and organizations across a broad range of practice areas. In this role, you'll work closely with attorneys and paralegals in a busy litigation practice while handling a wide variety of legal administrative and document-intensive responsibilities! Responsibilities Support attorneys and paralegals with daily administrative needs Draft, edit, proofread, and format legal documents Manage attorney calendars, appointments, and client communications Prepare, scan, copy, and assemble legal documents and binders Convert and redline documents; manage electronic files Maintain accurate client and matter files Open new matters and assist with conflict checks Enter attorney time and process correspondence Answer calls and provide professional client service Provide back-up support to other attorneys and paralegals Prioritize tasks and proactively support team needs Qualifications 5+ years of legal administrative experience Litigation experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of legal terminology and document protocols Excellent proofreading and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Highly organized with strong multitasking skills Professional, client-service focused approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr The Nagler Group
