with an active

Louisiana medical license

to perform

Utilization Reviews

on a flexible, remote basis.
This is a

non-clinical, contract opportunity

ideal for experienced surgeons interested in earning

while maintaining their clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

Utilization Reviews

to assess medical necessity of requested treatments or procedures
Review

prior authorizations

and

appealed cases

using evidence-based clinical guidelines
Provide well-documented, objective, and clinically sound determinations
No direct patient care—this is a documentation-based, advisory-only role
Complete all work within Dane Street’s secure online portal

Requirements

Board Certification in

Plastic Surgery
Active, unrestricted

Louisiana

Medical License
Currently engaged in clinical practice
Strong written communication and analytical skills
Comfort working with electronic medical records and evidence-based guidelines
