Base Pay Range $140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Responsibilities Manage construction projects from start to finish, including obtaining certificates of occupancy. Track project milestones, update schedules, and communicate with site staff and owners. Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors. Work closely with the estimating team to update the budget. Maintain detailed logs of construction documentation (RFI's, Submittals, Change Orders). Update required AIA documentation. Report project status and issues to senior leadership. Coordinate with the Site Superintendent to ensure timely project completion. Monitor costs, including labor and materials. Manage schedules, prepare detailed short-term schedules, and ensure activities are on or ahead of schedule. Qualifications 4-year degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. 10+ years of commercial construction experience as a Project Manager. Healthcare construction experience (REQUIRED). AHCA inspection experience (PREFERRED). Experience with ProCore or similar software. OSHA-30 Certification (PREFERRED). Strong ability to read drawings and specifications. Offer Details Competitive base salary. Strong bonus structure (at least 20%). Gas and cell phone allowance.
