Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join our team in Augusta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catheterization lab procedures and possess the necessary certifications to provide excellent patient care.Position Description:General Information:Unit Specifics: Number of Labs: 2Number of Patient Bays: 5Staffing Description: The unit is currently staffed with 2 Full-Time RNs and 5 Full-Time RCIS Technologists.Type of Equipment: GE/MacLabDocumentation System: MeditechScheduling Requirements: Monday – Friday, with flexibility for after-hours availability.Qualifications:Required Certifications: BLS, ACLSRequested Skill Set: Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology (IR) ExperienceExperience: Minimum of 2 years in a Cath Lab / IR setting is required.Key Responsibilities:Provide pre, intra, and post-procedural care for cardiac patients.Assist in various catheterization procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.Additional Information:Generally handling around 3 STEMI cases per month.The on-call requirement is minimal, providing a balanced work-life environment.Uniform: Royal Blue Scrubs are required.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cath Lab RN to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality cardiac care.
