  • Primary Care/Geriatrics
  • Can take ABIM or ABFM
• Coverage Needs :
  • Need ASAP- Ongoing
  • 3 month minimum commitment requested
  • Open to Locums to Perm
• Shifts:
  • Monday - Friday
  • Can be flexible on hours
  • Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week
• Setting:
  • Skilled Nursing Facility
  • 100% Senior Care
  • Ages 65+
  • Medicare Advantage experience is preferred
• Census:
  • 12-18 pts per day
• Support Staff:
  • Full support staff
• Procedures:
  • All bread and Butter primary care
  • Clinical model designed to reduce ER visits and admissions
  • Will move between facilities in Denver metro
• Board Certification:
  • Board Certified Required
• Travel:
  • Facility will cover
• Credentialing timeline:
  • Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start
• Requirements:
  • Active COstate license
  • Active DEA in COor willing to transfer
  • BLS
