Safety Coordinator

Position: Safety Coordinator Location: Randleman, NC Company: Construction Manufacturer Description: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity with a growing and established company! This role focuses on implementing and maintaining site safety programs, conducting regular inspections, ensuring compliance with OSHA and applicable regulatory standards, and promoting safe work practices across all field operations. The EHS Coordinator will deliver safety trainings including toolbox talks and PPE guidance, while also supporting incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action planning. This person will maintain required safety documentation and assist with audits. A key focus of the position is partnering closely with field leadership and crews to proactively identify risks, reinforce safety standards, and ensure safety is integrated into daily operations. Requirements: -Must have 3 years experience in safety within an industrial manufacturing or Construction ideally. -Experience incident reporting, investigating and assisting with Audits on your own is required. -OSHA 30 preferred. -Additional Safety and OSHA certifications are a plus. -Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google, and possess strong computer analytical skills.
