Traverse City, MI | Post-Acute Rehabilitation | PT | PTA | OT | OTA | SLP

Lead a Therapy Team That Makes a Difference!

We're seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department in Traverse City, MI . This is an outstanding opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with leadership experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a post-acute/skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation department
Supervise and support PTs, PTAs, OTs, OTAs, and SLPs
Mentor clinicians while promoting quality patient outcomes
Monitor productivity, clinical outcomes, and regulatory compliance
Ensure compliance with Medicare, PDPM, state, and federal regulations
Partner with facility leadership to achieve operational and clinical excellence
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and program development

Qualifications

Licensed PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP in the State of Michigan (or eligible for licensure)
Previous rehabilitation management or leadership experience preferred
Experience in post-acute care, skilled nursing (SNF), inpatient rehabilitation, or long-term care
Strong knowledge of Medicare, PDPM, and rehabilitation operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
