Announcement Type USAJOBS Position Type Permanent Locations (City, State) Norfolk, VA Position Overview/Duties About the position: Serves as a senior level Civil Engineer and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) responsible for Construction Contract Administration in the Operations Branch, Water Resources Division, performing a full range of office engineering activities, as well as some field activities, associated with construction operations with authorities prescribed by the Contracting Officer.
