Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2460 per week.

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• AA completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Monument Health and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Monument Health.

Required Skills/Experience: Critical care and general respiratory care experience required. First-time travelers considered upon manager review with strong experience.

Required Credentials: CRT will not be considered.

Special Requests: You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility. Requested time off will not be accepted between 8/5/26-8/20/26. Time off approval is up to 7 days; must extend the contract if taking a full week off.

Unit Details: Adult critical care, pediatric critical care, neonatal critical care, and general inpatient respiratory care. Must be prepared to care for NICU patients if the requisition calls for that. Uses Omnicell. Equipment includes Draeger V500 and Savina 300, 3100A Oscillator, Servo-I MRI, Hamilton C1, ResMed APAP, CPAP, Bi-level, Airvo2 high flow devices, Cough Assist, Incourage vest, ABL90 blood gas machines, IPV, and Praxair iNO.

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating day/evening/night shifts with 12hr/6hr possibilities. Every other weekend. On-call requirements depend on facility/job requisition. Work holidays that fall within contract dates.

Floating Requirements: RT coverage throughout the hospital and ED. Will not float to other facilities unless hired for that specifically.
